お支払い方法

We accept Credit Cards, COD, Bank Transfer and NP Intercompany Settlement (deferred payment). For urgent orders, COD is the preffered method of payment.

COD

For orders in excess of \300,000 (excluding shipping and handling fees) we only accept payment by Credit Card or Bank Transfer. (For Bank Tranfers, orders will begin processing once payment is received)

Receipts

The invoice attached to the Sagawa Express package is the receipt for your order.

Bank Transfer

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please choose the Bank Transfer payment option after uploading your data.

How it works

Step1 After placing your order, you will receive an automated email invoice containing your order number, amount to be remitted, and our bank details.
(If you do not receive an email from us, please contact us and have your order number ready).
Step2 Please transfer your payment by the submission deadline. Please type your order number before your name in the remitters name box. (Ex. 152535 Smith Joe)

*We ask that the remitters name and the name on the order is the same. A difference in names will result in a delay in processing payment.
** Please save your transfer receipt given at the time of transfer completion.
Step3 Once your payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing your order. For payments confirmed before 11am Monday – Friday order processing will begin on the same day. For payments confirmed after 11am or on weekends order processing will begin on the following business day. Delays/inaccuracies in payments will result in delays processing your order. For orders containing multiple items with different turnaround times, all items will be shipped with the item with the longest turnaround time.

When making inquiries about your payment status, please include the bank transfer receipt number, your order number and name (if using Internet banking, please take a screen shot of the confirmation screen) and send them by email to sales@flyerinsatsu.co.jp.

【Closing Date】

Credit Cards will be charged at the time of processing. Depending on the closing date of the financial institution the charge may appear the following month.
We do not keep credit card information (name, card number, etc.) on file in our office.
